Tommy Webb, former HR Director, EMEA, Hess Corporation
Tommy brings 27 years of global HR experience, to Director level, in oil and gas, wider energy and B2B sectors. He was formerly HR Director, EMEA for Hess Corporation. Prior to this, he held senior HR roles at BP. He has lived and worked in 5 countries on 3 continents with recent assignments in Asia and the US. He has on the ground working experience from more than 40 countries. Tommy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of Warwick.
Justin Featherstone, Associate & Partner, Mission Performance
Justin is a Senior Partner at Mission Performance, an international Learning and Development consultancy. He has consulted and trained extensively within the global oil & gas industry over the last 10 years. As a former British Army Major, he was awarded the Military Cross for Gallantry whilst leading a company of soldiers in Iraq.
His final posting was as the principal leadership Staff Officer at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Justin specialises in value based leadership and organisational culture. He holds a Masters Degree in Leadership Studies and he is a Fellow of the British Institute for Learning and Development.
Karoline Riiser, People and Organisation, Europe & Asia, Statoil
Karoline is currently Head of People and Organisation, Europe & Asia (mainly Russia, Azerbaijan, UAE, UK) and is responsible for people performance and talent & succession planning for Development and Production International in Statoil. She holds a BA in Business from BI Norwegian Business School and a Masters of Science from HiST.
Jacque Field, Global Recruiting Leader, GE Oil & Gas
Jacque is Global Recruiting Leader at GE Oil and Gas, where she is responsible for the development and delivery of GE Oil and Gas’s global recruitment strategy. Jacque has over 20 years experience in Global Talent Acquisition and International search and selection.
Craig Morling, former Group Talent Manager, Premier Oil
Craig is a senior talent leader with an oil & gas industry expertise. He was until recently the Group Talent Manager at Premier Oil. He joined Premier Oil as Asia Recruitment Manager in 2008 and later became Group Resourcing and HR Projects Lead. Craig has previously held roles at KPMG UK and Rio Tinto UK. He holds a Bachelors in Business degree from the University of Tasmania, Australia.
