OGHR Summit gathers senior HR leaders from the oil and gas industry to network; sharing insights and knowledge, discussing practical solutions to International oil and gas talent challenges.
The programme focus on new models in talent management in the oil & gas industry. Martha is the HR Director at Genel Energy. Prior to joining the company she held senior HR positions at BG Group and Thames Water. Martha is a fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and holds an MSc in Organisational Consulting.

Jacque is Global Recruiting Leader at GE Oil and Gas, where she is responsible for the development and delivery of GE Oil and Gas’s global recruitment strategy. Jacque has over 20 year’s experience in Global Talent Acquisition and International search and selection.
Nick Shackleton-Jones, Director, Online & Informal Learning, BP
Nick is Director of Online & Informal Learning at BP and he is responsible for online learning, social and informal learning, multimedia learning resources, connectivity tools and performance support solutions at BP. Previously, he has worked at the BBC as the Manager of Online & Informal Learning.
Muhammad Jamal is the Total Compensation Manager for Halliburton, responsible for total remuneration system in the Eastern Hemisphere.
Muhammad is specialised in crafting staffing strategies and developing wide range of Compensation and Benefits programs including variable & long terms incentive plans and performance management.
He has HR leadership experience in both the EMEA and APAC regions with core expertise in Remuneration and Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Management. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Muhammad holds a degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University, UK.
