OGHR Summit 2014 London
OGHR Summit London 2014 is an excellent forum for Senior HR Leaders from the global oil & gas industry. The spring summit will be held on 13-14 March 2014.

Natalia Smirnova is currently HR Manager at Schlumberger UK. Her scope of activities includes the development and updating of training programs for business groups and the development of corporate MBA program, managing university relations and recruitment. Natalia has a degree in organizational psychology from INSEAD.
Martha Desmond is the HR Director at Genel Energy. Prior to joining the company she held senior HR positions at BG Group and Thames Water. Martha is a fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and holds an MSc in Organisational Consulting.
Darin De-Klerk is Learning and Development Manager at Subsea 7, an Engineering contractor in the subsea oil and gas industry, and currently looks after learning, development and talent management for the Africa and Gulf of Mexico Territory. He studied Psychology and Teaching in South Africa and completed his Masters in Occupational Psychology at the University of London.
